На предавањето академик Јовановски ги изнесе резултатите од долгогодишните истражувања на минералите од Македонија, при што ја претстави и недамна објавената монографија во издание на МАНУ под наслов Minerals from the Republic of Macedonia with and Introduction to Mineralogy (Минерали од Република Македонија со вовед во минералогијата). Предавањето наиде на извонреден интерес кај врвните специјалисти и истражувачи од областа на минералогијата и кристалографијата чиј Институт има 170-годишна традиција.
